Summary/Objective

Works closely with Sales Manager for driving sales growth and expanding CHUTES’ market presence across the country. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key distributors and new clients & partners, developing strategic plans, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve national revenue goals. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of the industry and target markets.

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities nationwide

2. Support, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders

3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national growth targets

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for expansion

5. Collaborate with marketing, account managers and product development team to align strategies and messaging

6. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership

7. Represent the company at industry events, trades shows and conferences

8. Significant travel will be required

Required Experience

· 5+ Years business development and sales experience

· Proven track record of securing accounts and driving revenue growth

· Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans

· Background in market research, forecasting and competitive analysis

· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)

· Industry-specific experience

· Experience cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product development

· Successful management of long sales cycles and negotiations

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
  • Prior experience developing a dealer/distributor network
  • Construction industry/architect knowledge
  • National or multi-regional experience
