Summary/Objective
We’re seeking an Estimator Rockstar (Inside Sales Specialist) who thrives on translating blueprints, specifications, and proposals into accurate estimates. This role involves collaborating closely with dealers, distributors, and construction professionals to make our projects soar. The right individual is consistently looking for ways to expand our business and grow.
Essential Functions
1. Analyze architectural specifications & drawings with precision and attention to detail.
2. Execute construction takeoffs proficiently, transforming plans into meticulous estimates.
3. Collect estimates from diverse sources: Dealer/Distributors, outside sales reps, ITB (invitations to bid), and construction plan websites.
4. Develop shipping/freight quotes that streamline logistics.
5. Submit bids and quotes promptly, maintaining a responsive and customer-centric approach.
6. Manage submittals and shop drawings with finesse, ensuring accuracy in project documentation.
7. Document all activities in our CRM system, fostering comprehensive record-keeping.
8. Tackle special projects with dedication and diligence.

Work Environment
Working within a professional office environment equipped with standard office tools such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Position Details
Flexibility in working hours with a focus on core work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Expectations are 40 hours per week with occasional evening work may be required, though it is unlikely.
Required Experience
Training or experience in computer applications, demonstrating proficiency in technology use.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
1. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) proficiency – additional language skills are a plus.
2. Previous experience supporting a dealer/distributor network.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
5. Familiarity with waste management or related industries is a plus.
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
