Summary/Objective

Manages, directs and grows the operational side of the service department and works to ensure excellent customer service throughout department.

Essential Functions 

1. Oversee dispatch to ensure efficient use of technicians, prompt & accurate billing, and high quality customer care

2. Implements processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service work

3. Trains, coaches, manages technicians, including development of technicians’ skills

4. Works with company president and other managers for strategic planning to grow capacity and quality.

5. Manages inventory for department ~ including trucks

6. Ensures CHUTES’ culture is supported throughout department

7. Liaison/communicates well with other departments

Skills & Qualifications
Supervision, coaching, establishing and managing processes, daily planning, strategic planning, and development of employees. HANDS ON as well as supervisory knowledge is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
